Simon Vollmeyer began studying chemistry, but soon found that he was much more fascinated by photography. I was so excited when I found this...

I first saw the German version of this when I was traveling and was so happy to find an English edition when I got back home. Attila's book offers a special booklet included that introduces the first group to do the 30 day challenge. Some have lost a considerable amount of weight and reshaped their bodies. After reading this, I was eager to get started.
Unfortunately, I do not live in a large US city which presents a bit of a challenge with this cookbook. Some of the ingredients are a bit hard to find and use a lot of "cashew cream" which I am not fond of. I have tried the amaranth parfait and an eggplant dish which were good; I was disappointed not to be able to do the complete challenge. For those of with limited access to ingredients, I would recommend the Happy Herbivore series by Lindsay Nixon.

Just average for me...

More of just a recipe book than anything else. Nothing specific as to a food plan other than the message to eat vegan. He's a great personal example and the few recipes I've tried have been very good, so it's good from that perspective.

AWESOME vegan book!

This recipe book is awesome for an healthy vegan Lifestyle. There are a lot of vegan recipes out there which contain a lot of refined carbohydrates. This cookbook is very different, because it shows a lot of low carb versions of tasty dishes like Pizza, Pasta with Bolognese (Meatballs). The author also gives helpful tips how to make tofu taste very versatile by using different Spices and Pastes.
Even if you aren't on a fully vegan diet, it is an awesome book to show you, that you don't need to consume meat everyday.
